SchoolMatchEurope
Our approach

Useful facts. Clear sources.

SchoolMatch Europe helps families explore private primary and secondary education in Europe. Distinct campuses are listed separately when their ages or location differ; a campus profile is not an additional independent school. Our initial coverage focuses on Spain, Portugal and Croatia. This is an expanding directory, not a complete list of European schools.

How profiles are made

We compile school information from official websites and published education sources. Each school has an individually written English overview based on those materials, with a separate short summary for search results. AI assists the synthesis; claims are checked against the cited source material. Cover images link to the school, school group or organisation that published them. A logo is labelled when a campus photograph is unavailable. Each profile links to its source and shows when it was compiled. Extraction is assisted by AI; a published profile is not an independent school inspection or an endorsement.

What “not confirmed” means

We have not established that detail from the sources used for this profile. It does not mean the school does not offer the service. Filtering by a field excludes schools where the matching information is unknown.

Comparing fees fairly

We show a numeric annual tuition figure only when an applicable academic year and age or grade are recorded. Figures may exclude compulsory extras. Check the fee notes and ask admissions for a current itemised quotation. The tuition filter matches the published example, not a personalised quote for your child.

No invented rankings

Schools are listed alphabetically by default. You can change the sort order. We do not publish star ratings, quality scores or claims about which school is best. Curriculum and teaching language are separate fields; an English class does not make a school English-medium.

Admissions and availability

Contact schools through their official websites. Saving or comparing a school does not send your details to it. Availability, assessments and deadlines must be confirmed with admissions.

Editorial responsibility

SchoolMatch Europe is a project run by Marcin Pacześny. Profiles are assembled using AI-assisted research and linked published sources. They do not represent a school visit, inspection or a personal recommendation. The project owner handles editorial corrections.

Verification dates

Each researched detail retains the date its source was checked. Rebuilding the website does not change that date. The date of a page update is separate from the date on which school information was verified. Where published pages disagree, the profile explains the uncertainty.

Corrections

Send a correction with a supporting source. School representatives can also request an attribution correction. Changes are checked before publication; submitting a request does not automatically edit a profile.
