Withdrawal and late-start fee conditions for 2026/27
The published withdrawal policy distinguishes departure before 1 June, between 1 June and 15 August, and after 15 August but before 31 December: the stated refunds are respectively 100%, 50% and 25% of eligible tuition and fees. The last category requires notice to Admissions by 15 November. Application and capital-assessment charges are excluded from these withdrawal refunds. The separate application rule refunds the application charge if the school does not offer a place. For new pupils starting after 1 January the schedule charges 75% of full-year tuition and fees, or 40% after 30 April; the capital assessment remains payable in full.
