Preschool to Grade 10, then a school transition
The school covers early childhood, Lower School Grades 1–5 and Upper School Grades 6–10. Pupils finish at about sixteen and continue their final two years elsewhere. Which tuition category applies?
B1 requires all of these conditions: residence inside Bergen Kommune, an internationally mobile family where neither parent nor child holds a Norwegian passport, fewer than three years of residence in Norway, and evidence that an employer does not sponsor tuition. After three years a B1 family may apply for C status, effective after the school year. B2 applies outside Bergen Kommune regardless of time in Norway and carries no sibling reduction; moving inside the municipality permits an application to change category. C1 covers families working for not-for-profit organisations with evidence. C2 covers Norwegian citizenship or more than three years of residence, with proof of no company support. Different-parent eligibility can initially place a privately paying family in B before a C review. Employer Guaranteed Seat Programme fees are quoted on application. The school decides each offer individually; a category description does not confirm eligibility or a place.

The school lists Lower School one-to-one iPad or Chromebook access and IT support, Norwegian teaching from Grade 1, library and sports facilities, and named counselling, English-language, learning-support and nurse services within tuition. Confirm any individual support plan rather than assuming every specialist intervention is covered. Some trips and after-school activities are additional. Extended supervision is free for Preschool and Kindergarten under the school’s published provision; the priced Grade 1–4 supervision service is separate daycare, with one month of withdrawal notice. Payment dates, part months and source limits
The policy labels the standard amounts as annual fees for 2026/27 and separately prints monthly invoices from August 2026 to June 2027. Grade 1–10 pupils are charged for the whole month in which they join, with no tuition refund for an incomplete month on departure. An Early Deposit is called non-refundable but its amount is not published here. The stated 2.5% annual-settlement deadline was August 15, 2026, which has passed; these are not current discount offers. The B1 settlement figure also does not reconcile with that stated percentage, so no discounted B1 price is used here.
