The school mentions occasional overnight camping trips in its forest learning programme; these are school activities, not a standing boarding offer. The 2026/27 schedule sets monthly tuition for documented gross family income up to €30,000 at €100 for the eldest child, €75 for the second, €50 for the third and €25 for each further child. The listed application, admission and advance payments are waived under that provision. Self-employed parents normally have a minimum tuition of €350 per month, with documented exceptions considered on application. Significant assets over €500,000 may lead to an assessment up to three income tiers higher or a minimum fee. These rules require an individual school assessment and are not a universal low price.

The €180,000-and-above tier is already represented in the main annual table and is not duplicated here. Family income is the sum of positive earnings of all parents/guardians, with annual evidence due by 1 June; late or missing evidence leads to the highest tier. Self-employment and substantial assets can affect assessment. Meals, care, materials and entry charges are separate. Breakfast and snack charges in primary school are waived under the documented-income-up-to-EUR-30,000 provisions. Conditional charge when the required after-school care voucher is not provided. The voucher must be submitted by 15 June or no later than two months after contract conclusion. The August 2026 schedule charges 12 months of tuition by household income and grade. Annual figures below use the €180,000-and-above tier, also applied when required income documents arrive late. Lower tiers and sibling reductions apply; documented income up to €30,000 means €100 monthly for the eldest child. Standard entry charges are €50 at entrance-test invitation, €1,200 admission and €1,350 advance payment, with income exemptions. Meals, care, materials and IB examinations are separate. Self-employed households have additional assessment rules.

For 2026/27 primary after-school care, the schedule lists income-dependent monthly contributions of €20–243 with a voucher until 18:00 and €15–182 with a voucher until 16:00. The competent authority determines the contribution. BCS may also charge €75 when only a voucher until 16:00 is available; the text does not separately confirm a billing frequency for that surcharge, so it has not been annualised. From Grade 7 the afternoon programme is compulsory. Official BCS clothing, including sportswear, is compulsory; the school does not publish a fixed clothing total on its fees page.

The school’s current admissions webpage says a non-refundable €50 primary/secondary application fee is due when applying. Its dated 2026/27 fee schedules instead say the €50 charge is due when a pupil is invited to an entrance test and describe income exemptions. The amount agrees, but the payment trigger differs. Ask admissions to confirm the applicable timing and exemption before paying.
