Application and place charges are separate

Applications use an online form with pupil and parent details. The application charge is a one-off, non-refundable payment for new pupils, due before or on assessment day. The admissions/waiting-list charge is also a one-off payment for new pupils offered a place or a waiting-list position; paying it does not guarantee enrolment when no place is available. If no place is available within twelve months of joining the waiting list, the policy allows full reimbursement on request once twelve months have passed from payment of the fee. Parents may instead keep the child on the waiting list and request a later refund if a place is still unavailable.

Extended English help, special educational needs lessons, educational psychology and one-to-one teaching-assistant support can cost extra. Admission may depend on agreeing the required intervention.
