Annual tuition and extra charges
The main table gives the standard 2026/27 annual tuition in CHF. Books and lunch supervision are included; meals themselves, transport, clubs and some specialist support can cost extra. The standard plan uses three instalments. The first two are due on 1 August and 1 December 2026, but the PDF gives 1 March 2027 in its third-instalment table and 1 April in its prose, so confirm that due date on the invoice. The separate ten-instalment private monthly plan requires the Principal’s agreement and produces a different total.

Application and budget details
The 2026/27 annual registration charge is CHF 1,045, due at enrolment and re-enrolment. The CHF 3,000 capital development charge applies only in the first year. Both charges are non-refundable and payable in full even for a pupil joining during the academic year. They are separate from tuition. Optional services may attract the relevant VAT rate; the fee terms ask tax-exempt families to provide exemption documents obtained from their employer.

Cancellation terms for additional services
The 2026/27 additional-services brochure gives a one-week trial where applicable. After the trial, preference-based withdrawal does not remove the fee obligation; relevant cancellation deadlines still apply. Refunds are considered for illness lasting more than two consecutive weeks, supported by a medical certificate, with the request made during the week the pupil returns. School-cancelled provision may receive a replacement session or credit. Additional-service invoices are payable within 30 days. These terms apply to additional services and should not be treated as the tuition-withdrawal policy.
