Short-stay boarding — Year 8£16,709
Short-stay boarding — Year 9£18,046
Short-stay boarding — Year 12£19,018

The official short-stay programme is for one to three terms and depends on boarding availability. These term charges are a separate short-course scope; they do not establish an ordinary full-year or general Senior School tariff. Year 10 is omitted because the term and instalment tables conflict. Registration, the deposit and any applicable extras are separate.

Short-stay registration — including VAT£180
Short-stay deposit on offer — not subject to VAT£500

The registration payment and deposit are separate from the term fee. The short-stay page does not establish deposit refundability or how it is credited; request the written terms instead of adding it automatically as an extra annual cost.

Casual boarding£110
Extra weekly boarding£84

These are nightly charges from the current fees page, not annual or term boarding totals. The boarding-options page limits occasional boarding to Year 7 and above; confirm the booking and which nightly category applies.

Reception — only where eligible for Early Years Funding£3,180

Fees and additional charges

The official 2026/27 image explicitly quotes Prep day fees per term: Reception £4,241 without Early Years Funding, Years 1–2 £4,282, Year 3 £5,967, Year 4 £6,518, Year 5 £6,914 and Year 6 £7,112, including 20% VAT. The funded Reception figure is £3,180 where eligible. Lunch and normal academic materials are included, along with Prep care from 08:00 to 18:00; Sixth Form textbooks are excluded. Senior day and boarding prices are shown separately, but their period needs confirmation before an annual comparison. Main-school registration is £180; casual boarding is £110 per night and extra weekly boarding £84 per night, including VAT.

Short-stay payment and guardianship

The short-stay course covers one to three terms in Years 7, 8, 9, 10 or 12, subject to boarding places. The full term invoice is due by the first day of term; an agreed plan can split it into four monthly payments. The published Year 10 term charge and instalment table do not agree, so obtain a written quotation before using that category. A boarding pupil without a parent living in the UK must have an appointed guardian regardless of age. Confirm the separate guardian, uniform and travel arrangements when building the budget.

Payments, sibling reductions and included care

The main fees page requires payment in pounds sterling by the first day of term unless a nine-month direct-debit arrangement has been agreed. For families with children in Reception and above, it lists sibling reductions of 5% for the second child, 10% for the third and 15% for the fourth; Nursery pupils are excluded. Pre-Prep and Prep care from 08:00 to 18:00 has no additional charge. Do not apply a sibling or funded rate automatically when comparing standard fees; ask which terms apply to the family.
