Payment dates and conditional discounts

The school publishes three tuition instalments for 2026/27: 40% due 31 August 2026, 30% due 30 November 2026 and 30% due 28 February 2027. These are percentages of annual tuition, not additional charges; no currency amounts have been calculated from them. A 10% sibling discount applies to the second child and 15% to the third child in a family attending Chartwell. The advertised 5% early-payment discount required full tuition by 30 April 2026; that deadline has passed.

Refund condition and early-years calendar

The published 2026/27 schedule says the school reimburses the full tuition amount if termination of the contract is requested within the first two weeks of the school year. This is a narrow timing condition, not an unrestricted right to a refund later in the year.
