The current extras PDFs mark the listed registration, deposit, lesson, support, instrument-hire and payment-method amounts as including VAT. The fees webpage also contains a general sentence saying 20% VAT will be added to additional charges. Do not add VAT again to amounts explicitly labelled inclusive in the linked tariff; obtain a written invoice clarification if a quote differs. The PDF footer still mentions 2024/25 and 2025 and also quotes an unpaid-payment charge inconsistent with its current table, so those footer charges are not reproduced as current verified rates.

Registration, payments and withdrawal
The school’s current registration route covers Nursery through Year 13, with a separate senior entry route from Third Form (Year 9). Registration is not a confirmed offer. Families with a UK bank account use direct debit; the finance page directs payments from outside the UK through Flywire unless the bursar agrees another arrangement. The current extras sheet states fees are due by the first day of term and normally requires a full term’s written withdrawal notice; consult the actual parental contract for exceptions and deposit treatment. No deposit has been described as refundable without that contract.

Personal accident insurance is included in the Senior College fees. The optional fee-refund scheme is quoted at 0.9% of gross fees for day pupils and boarders; AXA medical cover is priced on application. The school also quotes £200 for international boarders staying at College over permitted 2026/27 exeat weekends, excluding 18–20 September 2026 and 1–3 May 2027; it does not state the charging frequency clearly enough to treat £200 as an annual or per-weekend total.
