Deposit repayment and notice
Dwight retains the deposit during enrolment and may deduct outstanding family charges or loss and damage. Parents must request any remaining balance in writing within 12 months after the pupil’s last day. The school reserves the right to retain it for enrolment shorter than one academic year unless agreed at application, and separate visa/CAS conditions apply. The terms require one full term’s written withdrawal notice or a term’s fees in lieu; these conditions mean the deposit is not unconditionally refundable.

Payment timing and new-family Spark Fund
The terms give fee due dates of 1 July,1 December and 1 March for Terms 1,2 and 3. Pupils enrolled under a Dwight-issued CAS and Student visa must pay the full year in advance at entry and each following year while on that visa. The new-family Spark Fund fee is non-refundable, even when paid over three terms. Advance tuition is a payment-timing requirement, not an additional year of tuition to count twice.
