Joining the school

Exupery considers entry during the academic year when the relevant group has a place. Preschool serves ages 1.5-6 and uses a trial day plus a family meeting to assess social and emotional readiness. The application review may require extra records or assessments. High-school applicants may also need a meeting with the Head of Teaching and Learning or the IB coordinator. Families should agree on placement after the child’s individual review rather than relying on the broad age range.

New student, K3–Grade 9€1,500
New student, Grades 10–12€2,500

Direct 2026/27 PDF p 1 quotations. Membership registration is additional to day tuition and strictly non-refundable. It is already included in the annual full/weekly boarding package, so do not add it again to that package. No registration amount is published here for Nursery or K 1–K 2; this omission is not a zero. Ask the school whether VAT is included.

Annual Enrolment and Re-Enrolment Fees

2026/27 · Per academic year
K1–Grade 12, annual enrolment or re-enrolment€1,500

This is a recurring annual day-programme fee, distinct from the one-time new-student membership registration fee. The PDF calls it strictly non-refundable and states it is not re-charged in the specified same-year re-joining case. It is included in full/weekly boarding fees; no separate Nursery amount is quoted. Ask the school whether VAT is included.

Compulsory Day Meal Costs

2026/27 · Per charged attendance day
Nursery–K3€12
Grades 1–5€14.85
Grades 6–12€17

The all-inclusive day meal plan covers breakfast, lunch and two snacks, is provided by an outsourced partner, and is billed separately from day tuition according to the chosen payment schedule. Excused absent days are not charged. No annual total is calculated from an assumed number of school days. Meals are included in full/weekly boarding packages. Ask the school whether VAT is included.

K3€1,650
Grades 1–5€1,790
Grades 6–8€1,970
Grades 9–10€2,040
Grades 11–12€2,140

The PDF explicitly gives ten monthly payments due on the 15 th of August through May. Each quoted instalment already contains the €50 monthly processing charge: do not add that charge a second time. These are alternative tuition-payment figures, not further tuition on top of the main annual day table. Enrolment and day meals remain separate. Ask the school whether VAT is included.

These are the source’s exact TOTAL row on PDF p 2, not annual totals newly calculated by this review. The €50 monthly processing charge is already included. The plan totals are alternatives to regular annual tuition, not amounts to add to it. Enrolment, membership where applicable and compulsory day meals are not included. Day meals, payment plans and boarding packages — 2026/27

Compulsory day meals cost €12 per day in Nursery–K3, €14.85 in Grades 1–5 or €17 in Grades 6–12; excused absent days are not charged. Published monthly tuition totals are €500 higher than the regular annual amounts because the ten August–May payments include a €50 monthly processing charge. Do not add that charge twice. Full boarding is €35,600 for Grades 9–10 or €36,600 for Grades 11–12; weekly boarding is €33,400 or €34,500 respectively. These packages already include tuition, enrolment, membership and meals. A separate 10% yearly-fee deposit is returned after graduation or non-renewal, but forfeited for early withdrawal. Daily boarding is €125 a night with a three-night minimum and advance booking/payment. Insurance, visas, expense accounts, overnight trips and Grade 12 international examinations remain separate. Donations are voluntary.

Fees for re-joining and family support

For K 3–Grade 12 pupils who leave and re-join in the same academic year, the 2026/27 PDF specifies a re-joining fee of 25% of the Membership Registration Fee, while the annual Enrolment Fee is not charged again. Families with three or more enrolled children may apply for a 10% tuition discount; the wording does not promise automatic eligibility or a discount on every additional charge. The school also mentions municipality co-financing from Preschool through Grade 9 without fixing an individual award in this fee document. Donations are voluntary.

Source ↗ · checked

Payment conditions and additional costs

The 2026/27 PDF offers one, two, four or ten day-tuition instalments. The €500 early-payment discount had a specified 24 April 2026 deadline and is not presented here as an offer still available in November. Bus services, overnight trips, outsourced after-school activities, individual learning assistants and Grade 12 international examinations incur extra charges without fixed tariffs in this document. Ordinary tuition includes workbooks, English-language support, local day trips, most after-school activities and university counselling; that inclusion does not make individual learning assistants free.

Boarding Deposit Payment and exclusions

A separate deposit of 10% of the yearly boarding fee is payable on signing the boarding agreement. The PDF says it is returned after graduation or when the agreement is not renewed for the following academic year, and forfeited on early withdrawal. Keep this conditional deposit separate from the package’s tuition and meal components. Overnight trips, chargeable after-school activities, visa services, medical insurance, student expense accounts and Grade 12 international examinations are also outside the package. These exclusions prevent treating the boarding table as an unconditional all-in quote.
