External examination-board fees, school-shop purchases, personal expenses, certain trips and optional individual tuition can cost extra. Do not add the UK day fee again to a boarding package. Deposit refund and payment conditions

The linked parent contract holds the acceptance deposit as security and normally returns it when the pupil leaves, subject to its deduction and forfeiture provisions. Unpaid final invoices, fees in lieu of notice, not taking up the place, removal or contract termination can affect repayment. An accepted place not taken up has separate withdrawal rules, including a limited provision where the school fills that specific place. Termly school fees are due on or before the first day of term; specified extra charges are invoiced under the contract’s separate payment provision. Ask the school for the offer and invoice applying to the pupil.

Source ↗ · checked

Fee notice and sibling reductions

The 2026/27 schedules require a full term’s notice for withdrawing a pupil. The parent contract defines that as written notice to the Headmaster no later than the first day of the preceding term. Mill House Pre-School has its separately stated half-term written-notice rule to the Pre-school Manager. The school schedules give 5% for a second child and 10% for further siblings while the siblings attend together; eligibility ends when the relevant sibling leaves. Do not assume a reduction on every separate charge or combine awards without the school’s confirmation.
