Payment plans and additional cost conditions
The 2026/27 terms require annual tuition in advance, normally within three weeks of the invoice; entry shortly before the first day or during the year brings payment forward to before attendance. A different payment plan must be agreed in writing. The school lists a conditional €2.5 fee for each reminder and actual costs for a returned direct debit; these are not standard tuition additions. Entry charges, cancellation and mid-year fees
Under the school’s 2026/27 German terms, a rejected application attracts an €100 refund of the administration fee. Entrance fees are retained in the stated parent-responsible cancellation cases. Ordinary termination requires three months’ notice to 31 January or 31 July and cannot ordinarily take effect before the first half-year ends. Timely January termination refunds second-half tuition, while administration, entry and technology fees remain non-refundable. The terms use specific percentage schedules for mid-year entry and exceptional termination; ask the school to apply those rules to the individual dates. Conditional tuition reductions
The 2026/27 schedule limits these reductions to privately paying families without employer fee reimbursement or subsidy. A third enrolled child receives 10% tuition reduction and a fourth 15%; after four full consecutive years a 10% long-enrolment reduction may be available after eligibility review before year five.
