ICS uses a 50:50 weekly English and French balance and offers the IB Primary Years Programme. Early years includes a class for two-year-olds and provision through age five. Language-support fees depend on the assessed level
For PY 3–PY 6, the 2026/27 schedule prices EAL or FLE at 15% of annual tuition for Level 1 and 7.5% for Level 2; combined EAL and FLE is 20% or 10%. Support is compulsory when required by the school, with a minimum programme period of one semester and semester reviews. The percentages are not converted into a personal fee quotation. The separate STEP UP table covers assessed learning support, not a charge automatically payable by every child.

How annual invoices and instalments work
The 2026/27 terms offer bank transfer on receipt of invoice or in two instalments, the second due 15 December 2026. SEPA options divide the annual invoice into three instalments (15 July 2026, 15 December 2026 and 15 March 2027), six instalments (15 July, September and November 2026, then 15 January, February and March 2027), or nine monthly instalments from July 2026 to March 2027. The nine-instalment option has the separate annual charge shown above. Foreign-bank charges fall to the payer. These options do not change the annual tuition period.

Next-year re-enrolment advance and cancellation dates
The 2026/27 terms describe automatic re-enrolment for the following year unless the family opts out by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt by 31 January. They request a €1,750 advance per student before 1 March 2027 for 2027/28, credited against that next year’s annual tuition invoice rather than added a second time. Withdrawal after 31 January 2027 or failure to start normally forfeits the advance; specified school-led placement or repeat-year exceptions have separate conditions. This advance is not the 2027/28 tuition rate. Read the complete re-enrolment clauses before committing.

Joining or leaving during the school year
For entry after the 2026/27 year has started, the school prorates annual fees but charges the arrival month in full. Its early-departure clause asks for 90 days’ written notice by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, requires payment of any trimester started, and states that paid amounts are not refunded. The contract defines its trimesters as September–December, January–April and May–August; these are contractual charging periods, not a count of teaching terms for multiplying tuition.
