IS33 accepts applications during the year, subject to space in the grade. Its process uses an initial conversation, a personal visit, file review, a decision and registration. It does not use an entrance test and welcomes both bilingual and non-bilingual applicants. The advertised 48-hour response follows file review; it should not be read as guaranteed admission.

IS33 gives its address as 47 avenue de la Poterie in Gradignan and describes two buildings for different stages. IS33 identifies Ermitage International School Bordeaux, in Caudéran, as its sister school.

The school lists Primary Years, Middle Years, Diploma and Career-related IB programmes. Its FAQ says French curriculum study continues alongside the IB. Ask which section and qualification fit your child’s language level and future plans, and request written entry requirements.

Income evidence, sibling discounts and payment

For 2026/27, IS33 bases the published fee category on household reference taxable income. Categories 1–5 require the 2024 tax notice; the tariff page says category 6 applies if the required evidence is not provided by the second week of September. The second child receives a 10% tuition discount and the third and subsequent children 15%; the published wording applies these reductions to tuition rather than to every charge. Payment is compulsory by direct debit over ten monthly instalments. Employer-funded places have a separate quotation route. Confirm which category and payment dates apply to a mid-year entrant.

Costs beyond the annual tuition and administration table

The annual totals combine tuition and administration. The school separately lists first-enrolment charges and its one-time family development fund. Its 2026/27 FAQ also excludes uniforms, meals, language options, extracurricular activities, care, supplies, external examinations, study trips and judo-federation membership from tuition. French Language B is compulsory for pupils with no knowledge of French. Request a programme-specific list of required additions and payment terms; the published annual row is not a complete first-year quotation. The FAQ asks families leaving during the year to give two months’ written notice with acknowledgement of receipt.
