Primary application and payment arrangements

The 2026/27 primary fee page requires a non-refundable €150 administration charge per child when the application is submitted. This differs from the secondary application charge. Application processing starts once the required forms, documents and charge have been received. The school fee must be received before the child starts to guarantee placement. Primary families can pay in full or in eight instalments. International bank transfers must use the school’s stated OUR instruction so the payer bears transfer charges. Ask the school whether VAT is included.

Primary withdrawal charges

The primary withdrawal page asks for four weeks’ written notice. After the school year starts on 1 August, its published formula combines a time-proportional element based on commenced months divided by twelve with a 25% school-fee charge, capped at 100% of the applicable school fee. Ask the school for a written calculation identifying the final date and fee base before withdrawing; the later-entry fee table does not by itself establish a refund.

Secondary refund percentages — 2026/27

The 2026/27 secondary agreement publishes a separate leaving-month refund schedule: 50% for August through December, 40% for January, 30% for February, 20% for March, 10% for April and 0% for May through July. These percentages concern withdrawal under the agreement; they are separate from the entry-month payment percentages. A transfer to another school within 55 km during the school year does not qualify for a refund. Check the eligibility conditions with the school before relying on a scheduled percentage.

Secondary withdrawal and refund eligibility

The secondary withdrawal page asks for four weeks’ written notice and says the refund applies only if the child started before 1 October of the current school year. Fees must be settled before a relocation refund is processed. Transfers to another school in the Netherlands are permitted after a main holiday period; transfers within 55 km during the school year receive no refund. Families leaving the Netherlands must return the exit form and provide a letter confirming enrolment at the new school. These conditions belong to secondary provision; primary withdrawal follows a different formula.
