2026/27 tuition payment plans and late payment
Private payers may arrange annual payment before 15 July, a 70% payment before 15 July with 30% before 31 January, or ten monthly instalments from 15 July to 15 April. The monthly option adds a 2% administration fee per year and must be arranged with the finance office each year; fewer options may be available after 15 July. Fully company-paid tuition is due in full before 15 July. A past-due balance may attract 2% per month or a CHF 50 administration fee, whichever is greater. Payments must be made in CHF.

2026/27 tuition when joining during the year
The regulations charge 100% of annual tuition for entry from 1 June through 31 December, 60% from 1 January through the last day of Spring Break, and 30% from the first class day after Spring Break to the last class day. Private payers must pay at least 20% of annual tuition at least two working days before the pupil starts, in addition to the separate development fee. That down payment is part of tuition, not an extra annual charge. The remainder is due within 30 days of the invoice unless an allowed payment plan applies; confirm the applicable school-calendar dates with admissions.

2026/27 tuition liability on early withdrawal
With written notice received at least two months before withdrawal, 55% of annual tuition is due for withdrawal between 15 July and 31 December, or 85% between 1 January and the last day of Spring Break. Withdrawal after Spring Break carries the full annual tuition liability. For the ten-month payment plan, the partial annual balance is due 30 days before withdrawal. These are withdrawal liabilities, not the rates for a pupil entering late.

For 2026/27, tuition includes most school materials and textbooks. Separate costs can include replacement or additional books, damaged equipment or library books, trips and camps, external examinations and related IB costs, IB Diploma online courses, evaluations, extracurricular activities, one-to-one assistance, speech and language services, and meals. The list is not exhaustive; individual services are invoiced separately. Parents must maintain health, accident and liability insurance for each pupil.
