University guidance develops through Grades 9–12. Grade 9 pupils begin a record of activities and reflect on interests; Grade 10 planning links IB subject choices to possible university requirements. Payment dates and semester attendance
The 2026/27 schedule requires the application fee when applying and the entrance fee within 15 days of the acceptance letter. Returning families’ re-enrolment fee and tuition advance were due by 7 January 2026. Tuition instalments are due by 15 July and 30 September 2026. For first-semester-only attendance, tuition is 60% of the annual rate, plus the full applicable application and entrance fees for new pupils or re-enrolment fee for returning pupils. Families planning to leave after the first semester must notify the school before the end of November 2026; otherwise full tuition is due. Ask the school to confirm second-semester-only arrangements before accepting a place.

Included learning costs and separate services
Tuition includes selected textbooks on loan, subject to conditions, and one yearbook per family. Local Florence day trips linked to the academic curriculum are included, but services such as lunch or an English-speaking guide may require a supplement. Orientation trips may require a partial family contribution. Final IB examination registration is included; additional examination charges fall to the family.
