Luxembourg’s process combines an online application, complete records and an interview with the family. Early-years entry uses the child’s age on 31 August: three for Foundations and four for Pre-Kindergarten. Grades 6-10 applicants take CAT4 and, if English is not their first language, an English placement test; extra writing or maths checks may be needed. The 2026/27 annual totals remain €20,480 for Foundations–Grade 1, €22,118 for Grades 2–5, €24,005 for Grades 6–8 and €24,226 for Grades 9–12. They already include tuition, the €350 annual School Growth Fund and the stage-specific Stability Reserve. New applicants also pay a non-refundable €300 application fee and €3,000 registration fee per child. External examinations and benchmark assessments are included in tuition.

Class funds, snacks and required trips
Grades 1–5 snacks cost €340 per school year, subject to the stated medical exemption and late-entry adjustment. Class funds are €20 for Foundations–Grade 1, €10 for Grades 2–11 and €30 for Grade 12; arrivals after October are exempt. Mandatory grade-level residential learning trips apply in Grades 2–10. Payment plans and holding a returning pupil’s place
The standard payment plan requires at least 67% of total annual school fees by 30 June and the remaining 33% by 1 February. A four-instalment option lists 1 June, 1 September, 1 December and 1 March; confirm the invoice amounts with the Business Office. New-pupil registration is payable within two weeks of the placement offer. For returning pupils, the annual Stability Reserve is paid during re-enrolment as a non-refundable place-holding deposit and is already part of the annual school total. Parents remain responsible under their enrolment contract even when an employer or another third party pays.

Joining mid-year, withdrawal and cancellation
Signing the enrolment agreement commits the school fees even if the pupil does not attend. For mid-year entry, the published tuition grid gives a 10% reduction for each full calendar month not registered; use the school’s entry-month table and invoice for the exact amount. Withdrawal requires formal written notice to the Business Office. On or before 30 June, new-pupil entry fees or the returning-pupil Stability Reserve remain owed and non-refundable. After 30 June, the full annual School Growth Fund and Stability Reserve remain owed, plus the tuition percentage set by the notice-month and departure-month matrix. That percentage applies to tuition, not to the annual school total including funds. Ask for a written settlement for your dates; unpaid balances can result in school records being withheld.
