Support and required laptops
School-controlled laptops are required for new Middle/High School entrants and returning Grades 6 and 9 pupils in 2026/27; the fee schedule starts at €650. EAL starts at €3,092, €3,387 or €3,771 per semester for Grades 1–5, 6–8 or 9–10 respectively. REACH support starts at €1,900 a year and depends on individual needs. These are starting prices and conditional services, not flat additions for every pupil.

Payment plans and additional payment charges
Tuition is invoiced annually in euros. Bank transfer is available in one or two instalments, with bank charges paid by the family. Direct debit is offered in three, six or nine instalments from June 2026; the nine-instalment option adds €75 to the annual invoice. The terms list eligible SEPA countries in addition to France. A rejected direct debit adds €100, and two consecutive rejected debits make the remaining tuition immediately payable. Late payment can also trigger interest at the legal rate plus two percentage points and a penalty of 10% of the unpaid invoice.

Cancelling a new place and the tuition down payment
The €4,500 down payment is credited against annual tuition. Application, admission and Excellence Fund charges are non-refundable. For a new-pupil cancellation, section 2.2 allows a refund of the initial tuition down payment if the school receives the cancellation by registered letter within 15 calendar days of the admission date on the definitive admission letter. The same section also mentions a two-week cancellation-notice period and a different delivery option. Ask the Finance Department to confirm the applicable deadline and notice procedure in writing before relying on a refund. This is a conditional refund provision, not a refundable security deposit, and it is separate from the rules for returning pupils.

Joining or leaving during the school year
For mid-year entry, annual tuition is prorated but the entire month of arrival is charged. Early departure requires three months (90 days) of written notice by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. Any semester started is payable in full: September–January or February–June. Under the early-departure terms, amounts already paid are not refunded and optional fees are charged proportionately. Confirm the settlement for the planned departure date before changing schools.
