How specialist support fits into lessons
ISP does not normally agree a fixed amount of specialist contact time before a family accepts a place. Allocation is individual and is made after the learning-support or EAL team gets to know the pupil. In Primary, specialists mainly work within homeroom classes. In Middle and High School, support can replace selected subject lessons according to need, for example Humanities for EAL or Design for learning support. This is a description of practice, not a guaranteed weekly timetable.

Late entry and support charges — 2026/27 schedule
The fee schedule supplied by admissions states that entry after 21 February requires 60% of full annual tuition, with no further reduction for later entry. Learning-support levels A1 and A2 are separately listed at €3,000 and €4,000; Primary catering is €10 per meal, billed by term. The €3,000 non-refundable registration deposit is credited against tuition. A voluntary departure does not normally result in a tuition refund; specified relocation and exceptional cases have separate conditions in the schedule. Work relocation and exceptional tuition refunds
The 2026/27 schedule allows a refund of up to 25% of annual tuition for a work-related relocation outside Île-de-France only if Admissions receives the signed official reimbursement request and withdrawal form no later than 15 November and the pupil leaves before 31 December. Voluntary departure and disciplinary dismissal do not normally give a refund. The schedule also provides exceptional refunds for a pupil’s death or a medically certified lengthy illness; the French version refers to academic quarters that have not yet started. Ask the school to confirm the eligible quarters and written conditions before relying on a refund.

Payment deadlines and instalment requests
The 2026/27 schedule normally requires annual tuition in one payment before 1 July. The linked payment policy allows families to request an instalment plan before the due date; approval and a signed agreement are required. Company-, embassy- and other legal-entity-funded fees are excluded from that plan. If approved, 25% is due before entry and the remainder is collected by SEPA direct debit in three equal instalments on 1 November, 1 February and 1 May. Confirm the arrangement for a mid-year start. The dated schedule also permits late-payment interest at three times the French legal interest rate and a €40 recovery charge per invoice; ask the Business Office which charges apply to the actual invoice.
