These calculated annual totals cover morning and afternoon travel for the full school year. One-way and individual-trip prices are unavailable. The proposed Ādaži route is not operating; it needs at least seven registered pupils. Check the designated stop and travel time for the child’s campus.

Annual capital charges are additional

For 2026/27, tuition is €10,800 preschool, €12,600 kindergarten, €16,450 Grades 1–5, €18,300 Grades 6–8 and €19,400 Grades 9–12. Membership is a one-time €1,600 per pupil. Annual capital fees are €2,000 for new and €1,500 for returning pupils. Lunch, transport, examinations and overnight trips require separate budgets.

Application and budget details

Tuition can be paid in one, two, four or eight instalments. The 10% tuition prepayment, membership and capital charges are non-refundable under the published policy. Pupils joining by the October autumn break owe the full year’s tuition; later starts are prorated. Early withdrawal requires at least 30 days’ written notice and uses the school’s refund schedule. Read the payment terms before confirming a short stay.

Costs of overdue payments

Under the 2026/27 terms, a payment that is 10 calendar days overdue attracts a €30 administration charge and interest of 0.1% per day. This is a late-payment condition, not an additional charge for every pupil. Payments overdue by more than three months may lead to exclusion from classes; unpaid fees can also prevent access to examinations. Budgeting for a mid-year start should include the invoice deadline: payment is due within 10 days of the invoice date and before the child’s first day. Holidays and illness do not reduce tuition.

Tuition due when a pupil leaves early

The 2026/27 withdrawal table states the share of tuition payable, not the percentage refunded: after 5 August, 25%; after 5 September, 40%; after 5 October, 50%; after 5 November, 60%; after 5 December, 70%; after 5 January, 80%; after 5 February, 90%; and after 5 March, 100%. Give at least 30 days’ written notice; tuition remains payable for those 30 days. Any refund of advance tuition uses the pupil’s last school day and excludes membership, capital charges and the non-refundable 10% prepayment. An unpaid balance remains due after departure. The school may withhold refunds for suspension or dismissal for conduct or academic progress, and paid tuition is not refunded for withdrawal or missed days caused by force majeure.

What tuition includes and what may cost extra

The current fees page lists workbooks and related materials, field trips other than overnight trips, most school-run after-school activities, university counselling, English as an Additional Language and Student Support services within tuition. Activities requiring outside instructors or equipment may cost extra. Overnight and overseas trips, lunch and transport are charged separately. The 2026/27 payment terms identify examination fees specifically for Grade 12 IBDP; the amount is to be confirmed. Ask the school how its support services apply to the child before accepting a place.

Bus commitment and missed journeys

The 2026/27 bus service is a full-school-year commitment covering morning and afternoon travel. Invoices cover 19 August–31 December 2026 and 1 January–11 June 2027. The school does not offer separate prices for one-way trips, individual journeys or parts of a route. Absence, missed journeys and voluntary discontinuation do not receive discounts or partial refunds, apart from the applicable terms for an official withdrawal from ISR. Families register a fixed weekly afternoon schedule; the after-activity bus does not run on Wednesdays.
