Eligibility and joining IST
IST offers primary and secondary international education in English. Admission is subject to Dutch rules for international schools, including conditions concerning nationality, previous residence abroad or a parent’s future posting. Secondary pupils are generally placed by age; entrants to Year 10 choose IGCSE subjects and Year 12 entrants choose IB Diploma subjects. Direct entry into Years 11 or 13 is not typical. Ask admissions to confirm eligibility and a suitable place before planning a move.
