2026/27 tuition, examinations and the enrolment deposit
The 2026/27 annual school fees remain €5,110 for Kindergarten–Grade 5, €6,410 for MYP Grades 6–10 and €7,370 for each DP year. Grade 12 has a separate €800 DP examination charge. The new-student table lists a €250 application fee and €750 enrolment/deposit for Primary, MYP and Grade 11; its Grade 12 column marks those entry charges as not applicable. Confirm the treatment of a new Grade 12 entrant with admissions rather than adding the charges automatically. The €750 reserves an accepted place, is lost if that place is declined, and becomes a deposit after the pupil starts. Deposit return on departure requires the stated notice, return of school property and settlement of all financial obligations. Whole-grade day trips and activities are included. Residential trips, external tuition, clubs, specified language provision and MYP e-assessments remain separate.

Application and budget details
Utrecht requires pupils from Grade 6 onwards to bring an Apple MacBook, bought by the family before joining. This is an additional item to check when budgeting; insurance is recommended by the school rather than stated as compulsory. Primary and Secondary have separate fee administration and invoices. Families with children in both divisions should follow the official invoice instructions for each child and the relevant 2026/2027 terms.

MYP assessment options and the required laptop
For Grade 10, the terms list €130 for the Personal Project and Interdisciplinary Assessment, with the stated condition about at least two years in the IB system. Additional externally moderated subjects require consultation and agreement with the MYP coordinator: the published price is €65 per subject, or €455 for the eight-component certificate. These are different assessment options; do not add all of them together. Students from Grade 6 need a family-purchased Apple MacBook before joining; the published terms do not fix a laptop price. Four instalments and conditional deposit return
Families whose children start at the beginning of the academic year may choose four direct-debit instalments of 25% each, due by the end of September, October, November and December 2026. The terms list a €10 administration charge for payment by instalment; confirm how it is applied with the school. The school publishes explicit reductions for later entry and departure; a year should not be divided into an assumed number of paid months. For a deposit return, the leaving form must be submitted 30 days before the last school day, excluding holidays, school property must be returned and all financial obligations settled.
