Reports, testing and an interview

Apply with identity and residence documents, a photograph and the school records requested for the child’s age. Older applicants need a longer report history, and high-school applicants provide official transcripts. Pupils aged six and above take MAP reading, mathematics and language-usage tests in English; those eight and above also complete writing. Testing is one part of placement, alongside records and an interview.

Two addresses for different stages

Campus R5, at Rakovniška ulica 5, serves pre-kindergarten through Grade 2. Campus S20, at Selanova ulica 20, serves Grades 3–12. Both are in Ljubljana. Families with siblings should check arrival and collection at each site rather than assuming one shared entrance. Admissions offers tours and the possibility of a trial day or two.

English help and additional staff cost extra

English fluency is not a general entry requirement, but older pupils need a stronger level; English readiness is particularly relevant from age twelve. Placement may include an Intensive English programme with a charge based on need. Additional learning personnel can also add fees. Discuss assessments and the full support cost before accepting an offer. New pupils are paired with a buddy to help them settle.

Ask for tuition as well as registration

The admissions page publishes a €1,050 one-time non-refundable registration fee. It is not used as the annual budget-filter amount. A current grade-specific tuition quotation, payment schedule and list of compulsory extras are still needed. Ask for Intensive English and any learning-assistant charges to be shown separately, together with meals, activities and transport if required.

Application and budget details

For ages five to ten, prepare school records for the current and previous year. For ages eleven to fifteen, the school asks for three years of records, or a written explanation if these are unavailable. High-school applicants need official transcripts. Pre-kindergarten applicants also need the school's paediatrician form and vaccination records. Documents can be supplied as JPG or PDF. After an offer, the contract must be signed and the first tuition invoice paid before the welcome letter is sent.
