Rivers International School Arnhem Fees 2026/27: €5,900–€8,512 a year · Tuition

Joining the school

Use the admissions route for the intended department. Secondary families can apply online; once the school has the required information, a coordinator arranges an intake interview to discuss placement and subject choices. The current fee terms say admission is subject to Dutch international-school eligibility rules. Ask admissions to confirm your family’s eligibility and the documents required. Older policy documents remain linked, so their detailed thresholds should be checked before relying on them.

Language and learning support

The published admissions policy identifies English as the teaching language. Primary entrants do not need to be fluent in English and receive language-development support. Dutch is studied at an appropriate level. Families should provide existing learning-support reports so the school can assess what help it can offer. The policy’s review-cycle text refers to 2020–2021; confirm current support arrangements and entry requirements directly.

Learning and qualifications

Primary uses the British National Curriculum as a framework. Secondary offers the IB Middle Years Programme followed by the two-year IB Diploma. The 2026/2027 fee table uses ages 4–12 for Primary, 12–16 for MYP and 16–18 for DP; these school-age bands inform the comparison filter. The curriculum page describes the wider IB bands as 11–16 and 16–19. Ask admissions to confirm placement near these boundaries. Preschool has a separate admissions route.
