Registration and held deposits
For 2026/27, registration costs £75 and is non-refundable. The dated fees PDF describes £300 as an acceptance deposit credited against the final term’s fees and forfeited if the place is not taken up. The FAQ calls it a non-refundable acceptance fee, so ask admissions to confirm the contract treatment before paying. Additional boarding deposits are £1,500 for UK or short-term boarders and £5,000 for overseas boarders. These boarding deposits are refunded after outstanding balances are deducted, normally by 31 August of the leaving year or within two calendar months of a midyear departure.

Term-time wraparound care from 08:00 to 18:00 is included from preschool to Sixth Form, alongside lunch, medical cover/counsellor access, textbooks/stationery, games and travel and use of a College Chromebook. Boarding also includes accommodation, food, laundry, Wi-Fi and specified activities; full-boarder Manchester transfers are limited to published transfer days. Some included items are separately itemised on the invoice and are taxed differently. Public exams, tiered learning support and notified extra services remain additional. The dated schedule offers ten equal direct-debit instalments beginning in September.
