The published process starts with an application and supporting identity and school documents, followed by a campus or Zoom interview. Language or mathematics assessment may apply. The school does not charge an application fee; accepting an offer requires a €500 non-refundable enrolment payment.

International education for the wider Split area

Split International School teaches elementary and high-school students in English. It publishes an IB Diploma pathway and an American-style high-school diploma accredited by the Middle States Association, alongside Croatian educational recognition. The IB’s own directory also lists the school as a private institution.

The current published address is Kninska ulica 9 in Dugopolje, rather than central Split. That distinction matters when choosing accommodation and comparing the daily journey. The admissions information describes school buses and shuttle vans and states that there is no application fee. Ask which transport route serves your address and which graduation pathway is available for the intended grade.

The school advertises optional transport across Split and surrounding communities from Trogir through Podstrana. Routes are reviewed annually. Its admissions page quotes €1,300–€2,200 a year depending on route; confirm the applicable year and stop.

The admissions page still labels tuition as 2025/26: €9,000 for Grades 1–2, €11,000 for Grades 3–4, €13,000 for Grades 5–8, €15,000 for Grades 9–10 and €17,000 for Grades 11–12. It lists a separate €1,000 annual capital fee. Request a 2026/27 quotation before budgeting; these older figures are not entered as current tuition.

Application and budget details
