Application and budget details
Written withdrawal notice must reach finance by 30 September for leaving at the end of the autumn term, 30 January for spring or 30 April for summer. Fund caps and what the annual total includes
The published annual totals already include €1,500 Building Fund and €200 Stability Fund per pupil; each fund is capped at two charges per family, so they must not be added again to the main table. The schedule includes primary supplies, specified day and residential trips and, in Years 11–13, examination fees. Secondary residential trips follow a special pattern: double trips in Years 10 and 12, with no residential trip in Years 11 or 13. Individual additional support is charged separately at an amount agreed with parents beforehand.

Deposit, payment choices and withdrawal
The €750 application charge is non-refundable. The €1,000 deposit is held for extras and applied through the final Extras bill after leaving, subject to all charges being paid and proper withdrawal notice. Self-paying parents may choose four bills, full payment within thirty days of the yearly bill, or request monthly instalments spread from May to April. Companies pay within thirty days. The school has exact month-specific joining and leaving tables; do not divide annual fees into an assumed number of months. Failure to give the required notice can incur one third of the applicable annual tuition fee, which is separate from the two funds.
