What the annual package covers and where extra charges remain

Deposit, personal expenses and financial aid
The CHF 15,000 deposit reserves a place and guarantees unpaid supplementary expenses. The 2026/27 terms specify reimbursement within three months following the end of the fiscal year in which the pupil’s schooling concludes, subject to full settlement of the account. This is not a promise of a refund within three months of departure. Budget separately for private lessons or coaching, equipment, extra uniform, personal travel and medical costs not covered by insurance. Billing, withdrawal and the pupil’s laptop
For 2026/27, the terms require payment for the first two terms by 15 April 2026, or on receipt for later enrolment, and the third-term bill by 31 January 2027. Other bills are due within 30 days, with 5% annual interest on overdue balances. Withdrawal can leave all current-term fees and the following term’s boarding and tuition payable. New-pupil cancellations have their own planned-start deadlines. From January 2027, notice for withdrawal before the following academic year must be given before 15 March; late cancellation can trigger the following first term’s boarding and tuition. Notices must be in writing to the Principal and acknowledged by the school. Every pupil must bring a laptop set up in English or French; any acquisition cost is not priced in the published schedule. Standard programme textbooks are rented under the other annual-fee provision, with charges for unreturned, damaged or specially ordered books. The higher annual Grades 11–12 amount is already published in the main table; do not automatically add the separate senior supplement again.
