For the 2026/27 fees: a Special Payment Plan may be granted to individual payers, not companies, embassies or other corporate payers. It spreads payments across four instalments and requires an online request alongside enrolment or re-enrolment. Returning individual payers must have confirmed re-enrolment by paying their deposit. The administration charge is additional only when this plan applies; it is not part of ordinary annual tuition.

Published 2026/27 ECF5–Grade 12 totals include the compulsory CZK 78,000 annual capital assessment. Application costs CZK 9,000. Eligible new ECF5–Grade 12 pupils pay a separate non-refundable CZK 52,000 newcomers’ fee. ECF3–4 entrants pay that fee when moving to ECF5; pupils returning within either of the two academic years after departure are exempt. The CZK 78,000 deposit is payable only by returning students: it is non-refundable but credited against tuition, capital assessment and other fees, so it is not added again to the annual total. Fees are quoted, invoiced and paid in CZK; invoice deadlines determine when payment is due.

Late invoices and joining during the year
Overdue invoices attract a 1.0% late fee per month, prorated daily. Unpaid obligations may lead to suspension, and academic records are withheld on departure until the balance is settled. For ECF5–Grade 12 mid-year entry, tuition is prorated by the weeks remaining; a partial week counts as a full week. The capital assessment and newcomers’ charge are payable in full rather than prorated. Ask Admissions to confirm the current ECF3–4 arrangements before budgeting for a shorter stay.

Which payments can be refunded
On voluntary withdrawal for the rest of the year, the tuition refund covers financial quarters after the quarter of departure. Leaving in the second quarter therefore gives a refund for the third and fourth quarters, not the second. The application, newcomers’ and capital assessment charges and the re-enrolment deposit are non-refundable once paid. Tuition and fees are also non-refundable if a pupil is suspended or dismissed for conduct or academic progress. ECF3–4 pupils may move from full-day to half-day attendance, but the school does not refund the difference.
