When the entry contribution can be retained
The entry contribution reserves the place after admission is confirmed and the school contract is signed. If the child does not attend, it is generally not refunded. For Grade 0, payment does not guarantee Grade 1 admission; the rules allow a refund if the child fails that admission process and receives no place. Instalments may be agreed on written request when more than one child is admitted together, but payment must be complete before attendance; institutional payers cannot use that arrangement.

Joining and leaving afternoon care
Afternoon care requires a new written booking each school year. Midyear care is charged from the month of registration at one tenth of the annual charge per month, counting the starting month in full. Cancellation for the second semester must reach the school by 15 December. Leaving during a semester does not produce a proportional refund for that begun semester.
